Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GLOBAXIS, an AI-assisted planning and life-organization service. By creating an account or using GLOBAXIS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. It is part of how GLOBAXIS is offered, but it does not replace these Terms.

Operator and contact

GLOBAXIS is provided under the GLOBAXIS name. The contact details below are the published contact channels already used on the public site that currently answers globaxis.com. A registered legal entity name, company number, and governing-law designation have not been recorded in the operator configuration used by this site, so these Terms do not invent them.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You may use GLOBAXIS only if you can form a legally binding arrangement in your place of residence and if your use is lawful. You are responsible for your account, for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

The service

GLOBAXIS helps you organize a life plan: Goals, Tasks, Milestones, Criteria, memories, timelines, and related planning information. It can offer AI-assisted suggestions and, if you choose, review evidence from optional connected sources. GLOBAXIS is a planning aid. It is not legal, medical, financial, academic-admissions, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee outcomes in the real world.

Your responsibilities

• Provide information that is accurate enough for the service to be useful, and keep it updated where needed.
• Review suggestions, reminders, evidence, and other outputs before you rely on them.
• Decide whether to act. You remain responsible for your decisions and for any consequences of acting or not acting on information shown in GLOBAXIS.
• Use GLOBAXIS only for your own planning, or as otherwise permitted, and not to harm others or break the law.
• Comply with third-party terms that apply to accounts you connect, including Google’s terms if you connect Gmail.

Connected third-party services

Connecting a third-party service is optional and requires your authorization. GLOBAXIS is not responsible for those third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Revoking a connection stops future access from that integration as described in the Privacy Policy.

Gmail / Google integration

The current Gmail integration is optional and read-only. GLOBAXIS requests only the minimum Gmail read-only scope currently implemented. It may inspect selected or recent email information for evidence that might relate to your plans and may create a reviewable candidate. It does not send email, and it does not modify, delete, move, label, archive, or otherwise mutate Gmail messages.

Gmail evidence does not automatically complete Tasks, Criteria, or Milestones and does not automatically mark Goals achieved. Consequential changes require your explicit confirmation. There is no background full-mailbox surveillance in the current implementation; sync is user- or request-initiated and bounded.

AI-generated suggestions

Automated systems and AI may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate. Evidence, reminders, suggestions, plans, Tasks, Goals, timelines, and other AI outputs are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. GLOBAXIS does not take automatic consequential action merely because AI inferred something. You review; you decide.

Prohibited misuse

You may not, and may not attempt to:

• access another person’s account or connected mailbox without authorization;
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt GLOBAXIS or its security;
• use the service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• misrepresent GLOBAXIS outputs as professional advice or as a guarantee;
• use GLOBAXIS in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights;
• resell, scrape, or systematically extract the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement with us.

Intellectual property

GLOBAXIS, including its name, software, design, and documentation, is owned by the GLOBAXIS operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use GLOBAXIS for your personal or internal planning in accordance with these Terms.

Your content

You retain your rights in the planning content and other material you submit to GLOBAXIS. You grant GLOBAXIS a limited license to host, store, process, display, and otherwise use that content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the user-facing service you requested, including generating suggestions you can review. This license does not permit us to sell your content or to use Google user data outside the limits described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and to authorize this processing.

Third-party services

GLOBAXIS may interoperate with third-party services (for example Google, if you connect Gmail). Those services are not part of GLOBAXIS. Your relationship with the third party is governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not liable for third-party acts or omissions to the extent permitted by law.

Availability, changes, and discontinuation

We aim to keep GLOBAXIS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service, including a connected-source integration, with notice where it is reasonable to give notice. We may suspend access if needed to protect the service, other users, or to comply with law.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLOBAXIS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that evidence, reminders, suggestions, plans, Tasks, Goals, timelines, or AI outputs are complete, accurate, or appropriate for your circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such a limitation would be unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the GLOBAXIS operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of GLOBAXIS or from reliance on suggestions or evidence, even if we were told they were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to GLOBAXIS for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50). Mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

Indemnity

If you use GLOBAXIS in a business or other non-consumer capacity, you will indemnify the GLOBAXIS operator against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. This clause is not intended to override mandatory consumer protections.

Termination

You may stop using GLOBAXIS and, where the product provides it, close or disconnect features of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and this survival sentence — survive termination.

Privacy Policy

Use of GLOBAXIS is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including the description of Google user data handling for the optional Gmail integration.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. The current version will be published at https://globaxis.com/terms. If you continue to use GLOBAXIS after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
